 Some archive links of the localized sites don’t seem to work.

 It says Not Found in Japanese.

 in Japanese admin panel, categories are already defined here.
 https://ja.wordpress.org/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category

 And we have 228 posts with that releases category.

 Also the french page below redirects you to the top page.
 https://fr.wordpress.org/category/guide/
 So maybe it is happening to other localized sites.
