 In Slack, there are the `@committers`, and more recently, `@maintainers`
 user groups. These are useful for directing attention to issues, making
 the group members aware of something, etc.

 It would be great if there were also an `@npm-committers` user group
 containing everyone with the ability to publish updates to NPM packages.
