 WordPress.org sends emails to all plugin developers before each new major
 WordPress version release.

 The email could be easily improved: it should provide direct links or
 methods to download and test the latest WordPress version. For example, we
 could just add this at the end of those emails :

 "In order to ensure compatibility, you can download and beta test your
 plugin with the latest WordPress version here:
 https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/testing/beta-testing/
