 It appears that the thread at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/real-
 bulsit/ was renamed from "real bulsit" to "really bad".

 When I'm logged in, there's a 301 redirect from that URL to the new one
 (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/really-bad-17/).

 When I'm logged out, I get a 404 page.

 Assuming that this is a general pattern across all renamed posts, it's
 vitally important that the 301 should also trigger for logged-out users.
