 On the WordPress credits page (`site.com/wp-admin/credits.php`), the
 Incutio XML-RPC Library is listed as an external library. The link is not
 returning a 404.

 It looks like the domain has been taken over. Removing `/xmlrpc` redirects
 to `http://wordpress-332766-1021817.cloudwaysapps.com/`.

 I did some preliminary searching, but I could not find a replacement
 canonical source. For the time being, the link should probably just be
 removed, or linked to https://developer.wordpress.org/apis/handbook/xml-
 rpc/ instead.
