 We have three new Core committers that need to be added, following the

 @desrosj will take him through the handbook.

 He's already been added to `/home/svn/etc/develop.svn.wordpress.org`, but
 none of the other steps are complete.

 `TimothyBlynJacobs` - Full commit access.

 Note: username does have capital letters in it.

 @jorbin will take him through the handbook.

 ----

 `joedolson` - Full commit access.

 I'm not aware of a volunteer to guide him through the process, yet.
