 Currently, city at wordcamp dot org does not receive invoice related emails.

 1) Sponsor/vendor invoice PDFs are sent to the author of the invoice.
 2) Alert emails (e.g. Pending invoice) are sent to the author & main
 organizer.

 I think it's best city at wordcamp dot org is added to all communication.

 The invoice number is only found in the invoice PDF, but not found on
 wordcamp.org website. It's sometimes difficult to quickly pull up the
 number when the author is busy/away. Especially with WordCamps where there
 are more than one sponsor/budget wranglers, it'd be helpful city at wordcamp
 dot org could receive all notifications about invoices.
