 I'll have to look at this a bit more in-depth. I'm currently working on
 one view that will help us track suspended themes. The bulk suspend should
 ideally trigger trac bot to leave a message on the ticket that needs to be
 suspended with some more details.
 I'll see if I can work this in the upcoming ticket.
