 @netweb Actually #3973 refers to the search on English site, and it looks
 to be working fine now.

 The issue I'm reporting here is specific to non-English HelpHub docs, such
 as https://ja.wordpress.org/support/ and https://ru.wordpress.org/support/
 .

 How feasible it is to add Google custom search on each of Rosetta site?
