Comment:

 The codex is a wiki. Anybody can edit it. It's also being phased out in
 favor of the developer documentation at https://developer.wordpress.org/
 and the support resource documentation at https://wordpress.org/support/ .

 As such, it's not always going to be up to date. Generally speaking, it's
 not necessary to create a meta ticket for it, since you can simply update
 it directly.

 I updated https://codex.wordpress.org/Template:CurrentVersion to 5.2.1 and
 both are fixed.
