 Adding the https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/.editorconfig
 file to the root of the meta repo should help avoid basic coding standards
 issues when contributing to the meta team.

 Using the same `.editorconfig` from core should not cause any issues with
 the current meta projects.
