 A team like Aromanian is not really active but the page still exists:
 https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=rup_MK

 Clicking the bottom link 'Is this a language that you speak? Join the
 WordPress translation team for Aromanian!' is pointing to a non-existing
 page.

 Maybe point to https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating
 /inactive-translations/ ???
