 I'm not 100% sure what's possible with automation on github. If we did
 have a way to automate it, I also wonder if it'd be possible to 'extend'
 the co-author format to mention usernames as well. Currently it's:
 `Co-authored-by: name <name at example.com>`

 I wonder whether something like the following might still work in github,
 but also allow us to specify and scrape github and/or WordPress.org
 usernames as well:
 `Co-authored-by: name <name at example.com> (github:username,
 wp.org:username)`
