 The block editor has
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/master/docs/designers-
 developers/developers/themes/theme-support.md#wide-alignment wide & full
 width options for blocks,] but these aren't supported by the CampSite
 theme. It would be nice for the single-column WordCamp sites (like WC
 Boston & WCUS ) to have that option available.

 The `alignwide` & `alignfull` classes would still need to be styled to
 have any effect, so this wouldn't break existing themes, and themes that
 use two columns could just not style the class.
