 Thanks @angelasjin !

 I think the best way to do this is to implement a ticket “type” that can
 be selected when a new ticket is created. The types available would be
 from a defined list. Maybe they would be “physical attendance” and
 “virtual attendance” or something. We could then use logic to only include
 the accommodation and allergy questions for tickets with the “physical
 attendance” type.
