 Requests to search.php URLs (such as
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=Database+backup) currently 302
 to a /plugins/search/ equivalent (e.g.,
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/Database+backup/).

 This should use a 301 HTTP status.
