indicate how translated for the current locale the item is

Comment:

 Closing as wontfix as the value isn't helpful at all. xx% of what is
 translated? Does 10% mean 10 strings or 1000? How much of the % affects
 the front end/back end?

 Note that the directory is already weighting translated items higher in
 search results so displaying the translation status isn't necessary.
