 The creation of the badges themselves have been implemented in
 [dotorg-14926]:

 > Profiles: Add badges for Tide team and contributors.

 @JeffPaul: From the linked credits for contributors, I assigned all that
 were listed (except for 2 mentioned below). I also included the 3 users
 mentioned in the GitHub ticket, though only 1 of which was also listed on
 the credits page.

 There are two listed people who I couldn't immediately deduce their W.org
 usernames, so they are current not badged:

 * Bartek Makoś
 * Rob Stinson
