 Opening the 'Reviews' tab on a plugin page (such as
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/akismet/#reviews) reveals, when present, a
 list of reviews.

 For each of these, the title of the review is linked to the page for that
 URL. However, it looks via a short URL, which redirects to the final URL -
 e.g., https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/?p=11306755 to
 https://wordpress.org/support/topic/good-but-147/.

 We should link directly to the final URL instead.
