 News posts, such as those on https://wordpress.org/news/, include an
 author link under the title (e.g., to
 https://profiles.wordpress.org/lukecarbis). This lacks a trailing slash,
 resulting in an avoidable 301 redirect. A slash should be added to these
 URLs.
