 Issue Description
 @mapk the migrated version pages title where it says Version x.x.x should
 stand out than rest of the headings on the page. Right now all of those
 look similar.

 Context
 It is not affecting much since the version title is at the top, but
 because this tells us everything about the content of the page, it needs
 to look a little different. May be like a little larger font in #21759b
 color!
