 Riffing on @Travel_girl's concepts in [attachment:"blue_box.jpg"]. Tried
 out blue since we generally use it for "hey, this is information!" while
 yellow usually means a warning. Also moved it to the top, per @Ipstenu's
 suggestion.

 I think we should update the copy to say what adopting a plugin ''means'',
 since we never actually say it.
