 Adding a '0' value into the month or day parameter of a date URL, such as
 https://wordpress.org/news/2008/10/0/ or
 https://wordpress.org/news/2008/0/page/2/ should remove it via a 301
 redirect (to https://wordpress.org/news/2008/10/ and
 https://wordpress.org/news/2008/page/2/ respectively).
