 Thanks for the suggestion!

 The Gutenberg Handbook referenced in the ticket has since been reorganized
 and relocated to !DevHub at https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/,
 a link to which features prominently on the !DevHub home page at
 https://developer.wordpress.org/.

 The Try Gutenberg site itself (https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/) has a few
 inline links on the page that point to pages of the new block editor
 handbook.

 The "Get Involved" page is a listing of contributor teams in the WordPress
 ecosystem. As the block editor falls within the purview of the existing
 core and design teams, those team pages would be more appropriate for
 adding links to resources for block editor-specific contributors.
