 I've updated the text - It's in this page:
 https://make.wordpress.org/core/reports/

 Editing that page with Gutenberg will strip out all of the `<span>`s
 containing the dashicons and remove  a bunch of other things though, so
 must be done through the classic editor at present.

 Changing the URL can be done, but will require a systems request first to
 add the URI, as it's an internal redirect of `/tickets/ux-feedback` =>
 `/report/35`.
 Does anyone feel strongly enough to get the URL updated?
