 I don’t know that it’s a problem, honestly. The main issue we face is
 people leaving mean spirited reviews on closed plugins. Once in a while, a
 closed plugin’s author decides to sockpuppet and l ave a lot of 5 star
 reviews to argue they should be reopened. I feel that it would be okay not
 to allow edits on reviews for closed plugins, along that vein.
