 We have an issue when writing Serbian translations, Cyrillic letter g ( Г
 ) is automatically converted to the letter f ( Ф ) when the translation is
 saved.

 here is a screenshot of the issue:

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. open translation: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-themes
 /voice-blog/sr/default/?page=2
 2. Add a Serbian translation with a letter Г



 PS. it doesn't always appear, as you can see in the screenshot, the next
 line is the same and contains letter g which is not converted to letter f.
