 What should the badge name be? `Core Security Team` or just `Security
 Team`? (does it applies to all of WordPress.org, or just Core, are they
 two different badges? etc)

 Do you want to add a Security Reporters-type badge too while we're at it?
 Most team would use `Security Contributor` in that case, but that doesn't
 really phrase well here..
