 Slack summary:

 We could add a new `notes` field to the invoice post type, and include
 that in the QBO `PrivateNotes` param. That only shows up when deputies are
 viewing the invoice, though, not sponsors, so it probably wouldn't work
 for this use case.

 The `CustomerMemo` field is probably what we'd want to use for this
 purpose, but it only has a `1k` character limit, and we're already using
 all of that for the `Description` field and payment instructions.

 We could maybe include the notes in the email that we send, even if it
 wouldn't be in the PDF generated by Quickbooks. That's not ideal, but may
 be the only practical way.

 If a new field were added, we'd want to consider any possible GDPR
 implications.

 This needs further thought/discussion.
