 This trac instance is for reporting bugs on the WordPress.org website
 itself, it is not for individual support.

 However, in this case it's because you need to update your PHP version -
 [https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/themeisle-
 companion/trunk/obfx_modules/image-cdn/init.php#L44 The plugin you're
 using] uses a PHP 5.4+ syntax, which means you're running the outdated PHP
 5.2 or 5.3.
 WordPress 5.2 requires PHP 5.6+ and is set to move to PHP 7.0+ later this
 year, you'll need to contact your webhost to ensure you're updated to a
 compatible version of PHP.
