Comment:

 I'm reopening this, as I'd like to tighten up these redirects a bit more
 to be useful to the average user.

 `/support/users/` has no need to redirect to a `/support/topic/users*/`
 page (Certainly not one from 3 years ago), a better redirect would be to a
 search of the documentation.

 A partial uri for a `/support/topic/something-or-other` can continue to do
 a topic lookup though.
