 1. Go to https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru/default/wp-plugins/.
 2. Enter any plugin title into `Search projects...` field.
 3. Click "Submit".
 4. The page reloads with an empty `Search projects...` field, no search is
 performed.

 Looking at the code, the "Submit" button only applies to the filter below
 the search field, but the UI does not exactly make it clear.
