 In [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/46305 Core#46305] it was
 mentioned to introduce a warning to GlotPress to flag manipulated
 placeholders from emails that follow the format of ###[A-Z_]+###. This
 would flag to translators a warning if they've manipulated any of these
 placeholders accidentally.
