profiles.wordpress.org domain seems reasonable, even if the content
(including bio) can be widely different.

 Pages like https://wordpress.org/support/users/sergeybiryukov/replied-
to/page/2/ now have an invalid canonical URL:
 `https://profiles.wordpress.org/sergeybiryukov/page/2/`, which shows a
"Page not found" error, because WP.org profiles don't have pagination.
 Noticed while working on #4142.

While it seems reasonable to make the canonical for
 https://wordpress.org/support/users/sergeybiryukov/ point to
https://profiles.wordpress.org/sergeybiryukov/, not sure if it makes sense
for subpages: Topics Started, Replies Created, Reviews Written, etc.
