 I still think removing some excess padding would improve the usability
 here. The current layout is just too difficult to scan, it doesn’t really
 look like a list of interactive forums at a glance, and people are
 mistaking it for an index of static content. See #4007 for some additional
 context.

 Going to experiment with [attachment:"2570.patch"] a bit.
