 Historical file revisions, such as
 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-
 admin/edit.php?rev=37670, should output a meta robots tag with a `noindex,
 follow` directive.

 The current version (omitting the `?rev` param) should remain indexable.
