 It's the Gutenberg project, of which this is phase 2. The resulting
 feature in phase 1 was the block editor, the resulting feature in phase 2
 will be as described above, at least, that is the plan, which the roadmap
 reflects. The wording here is not going to change the outcome much, the
 wording change makes slightly clearer what we intend to do. If you wish to
 influence what we (as in, the whole project) are going to do, this is not
 the right place :)
