 total number of published themes visible in the directory.


 Yes, this definition means active to me. Themes that are published and
 available to use.

 (Inactive means can't use it from the directory any more, just via SVN
 repo maybe. Which seems to have 20,000 or so.)

 Thoughts on adding the number to the Themes Directory header?
