 It's useful to know how many plugins are live on WordPress.org:
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/ header shows the number.

 Could we update the https://wordpress.org/themes/ header to have this
 important information also?

 Useful in many contexts, especially in promoting the breadth of
 WordPress.org as a product.
