 I'm an HelpHub locale Administrator and Keymaster of locale forum

 and what I see from the "Blog Role" is only "subscriber"

 Maybe I must have a Rosetta locale role, at the moment I have only a role
 for publisher on the Team locale https://it.wordpress.org/team/
