Comment:

 All badges were assigned as requested, except `saj1ad` which is not a
 valid .org user. I was not immediately able to determine what it should
 be. Feel free to let me know directly or reopen the ticket when you have
 the actual account name.

 Also, bear in mind, any team badge assignment implies they also get a
 contributor badge. So you only need to specify the two badges without
 having to have a third category to explicitly specify both.

 Opening a ticket or contacting me directly are both valid avenues for
 badge assignment. Eventually team reps will be able to better manage badge
 assignments themselves.
