 been effective. I personally think that any solution based on the honor
 system is not an effective control.

 NOTE: I do not want to challenge an SEO expert and I sure am not nor do I
 mean to. ;) But adding a log in requirement isn't obtrusive and has been
 demonstrated to work elsewhere.
