 I do the same thing. It's easy to tie in a .org profile -> Slack but the
 reverse is so not true. However, the forum profile does show up in Google.

 site:wordpress.org support/users/jdembowski
 site:wordpress.org "@jan_dembowski on Slack"

 That should cover that use case and for added redundancy the Display name
 on profiles.wordpress.org can still include things like "@jdembowski on
 WordPress.org, @jan_dembowski on Slack"
