 E.g., https://wordpress.org/about/swag/ has a title of `Swag |
 WordPress.org`

 On Rosetta pages, the structure is `{{LOCALE}} « {{NAME}} — WordPress`.
 This should be changed to `{{NAME}} | WordPress.org ({{COUNTRYCODE}})`.
 E.g., `Accessoires | WordPress.org (FR)`
