 If you go to https://core.trac.wordpress.org/my-patches, you'll see that
 the URL which is supposed to be current logged-in user's URL is incorrect.

 Instead of

 By default, it shows tickets for the current user, however, you may define
 it via the URL as such: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/report/29?USER=dd32
 }}}

 What I should be seeing is
