 When a video is submitted to WordPress.tv, it creates a new post with all
 the data (e.g. https://wptv.wordpress.com/wp-
 admin/post.php?post=94816&action=edit) and also the (video)attachment
 linked to that post (e.g. https://wptv.wordpress.com/wp-
 admin/post.php?post=94817&action=edit). The title of the video-attachment
 is shown when a viewer hovers over the video on the frontend.

 A patch is needed to automatically update the title the of the video-
 attachement with the title of the post when the post is 'published' or
 'updated'.
