Comment:

 If they are the Jetpack Emails (Identifiable by the WordPress.com /
 Jetpack links in the footer and the blue upper/lower bars) then
 unfortunately Jetpack does not support altering these links, as the email
 is sent from WordPress.com rather than the WordPress.org site, and this is
 a `wontfix`/`worksforme`
