 It's related to the privacy pages:

 Already there are strings ready to be translated for previous page also,
 like:
 https://translate.wordpress.org/consistency/?search=Accept+Declaration+and+Request+Permanent+Account+Deletion&set=ar%2Fdefault

 I think needs same link to the localised pages:
