 Rosetta sites should have a way to do simple redirects.

 Case: we have a few legacy pages in fi.wordpress.org. For example, our
 download page is custom at fi.wordpress.org/lataa-wordpress and we’re now
 planning to switch use the download template fi.wordpress.org/download.

 There are also a few other pages with a similar situation, but the change
 is a bit impossible to do for now because the old url (/lataa-wordpress)
 is linked to multiple different places on the internet.
