 Context:
 In a recent call to speakers, I sent several proposals. As I did not
 receive any kind of response from the organization, I contacted them and
 they told me that they had not received any proposal. I'm sure I sent them
 because I write down in a document all the proposals I send.

 Proposal:
 Each time a speaker sends a proposal in a call to speakers, I think it is
 interesting that the system sends an email with all the information you
 enter in the form, so the speaker has confirmation of the request he has
 sent.
